IRBS is always in the pursuit of continuous improvement, which is why although the arc welding robots are one of the most successful and widely used around the world (20% of total industrial robots), we are always seeking to optimize the implementation and results of the applications already known. That’s why we use 3Dsimulation for cell design. Before anything is build, fixtures and lay out are tested and even a precise cycle time prediction is made. Our robotic welding cells, as in other processes, are implemented in the turnkey project format ("Turn Key Solution"). IRBS has the responsibility to support and guarantee the whole cell.
